Since he's now six months (and one week) old, and all of the baby propaganda says that we're now allowed to feed him solid food, Elijah took his first few bites of rice cereal today. Below is a video of bites one through about four or five. There are a few pictures of this event, as well, on our Flickr site.
It's probably awhile before he'll get to enjoy a medium rare sirloin, but it's a start.
