Vanderhoof... tourist destination? Well, we made it one on Saturday. We took a morning trip out to the little town west of Prince George to see what was there. We found some local merchants, a couple of nice furniture and home decor stores, a couple of bakeries and coffee shops, and a fun park for the boys to enjoy.

Cheslatta falls and Kenny Dam are also close to Vanderhoof. The falls are quite nice this time of year.

There is also this little pizza joint on one of the corners and that log cabin restaurant on the main drag. Matt Nich and I went to both and they were pretty sweet.
