We had a great time at the 2010 Winter Olympics community torch relay celebration event in Prince George (29 January 2010). We went with our friends, James and Lindsay and their kids, Makenna and Dawson. There was plenty of song and dance. A few too many longwinded speeches from various politicians and associated dignitaries. The Olympic flame arrived to light the local flame. And then a massive fireworks display – one of the biggest and best that I've seen in my time. Lots of fun all around.
