Thanksgiving turkey, charcoal grilled on a Weber Performer grill. It's the second year that I've done this, and the results are... very, very delicious.

you are a bbq hero Dezene. I have always wanted to try that. I am scared because I haven't even tried cooking a turkey in the oven.
