We arrived there late in the evening, unpacked at our rental house, and then went out looking for a restaurant at which to eat dinner. Of course, being Christmas, absolutely nothing was open. Nothing, that is, except for a single Chinese restaurant. That year, our Christmas dinner was comprised of such things as egg rolls and chop sui.

Since then, we have had our traditional Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve, before the candle light service. Then, on Christmas day, we go out for Chinese. This year, as we often do, we ate at the Silver Dragon, which is in Calgary's Chinatown, very close to the Huber house.

Elijah got to try out chopsticks for the first time ever! He still needs practice with that.
