The snow finally came (actually, it came yesterday). The air temperature is above zero, which makes the flakes big and heavy. Coincidentally (and fortuitously) we had our appointment to switch over to our winter tires on our truck today.
Little Elijah had his first snow experience today. Of course, he's been around during the snow last year, but this was the first time that he actually took note of snow. He was pointing out the window all day as the snow came down. So, later this afternoon, we took him out into the front yard to see what things were like in the winter. He seemed to enjoy it, although his snow suit makes it pretty hard for him to get around... sort of reminiscent of a certain favorite movie of ours.
